Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to move within a 50 mile radius.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and staff to meet financial goals and guest-experience targets.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to ensure exceptional service.
• Lead and participate in an 8+ week leadership training program for preparation and growth.
