Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda store and drive financial goals and guest experience.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve store success.
• Complete the 8+ weeks of store leadership training program.
