You will complete an 8+ week leadership training program, receive mentorship, and access a benefits package including meals, health, vision, dental, 401K with company match, PTO, scholarships, and career development opportunities. The role requires flexibility to open/close shifts, weekends, and holidays, and relocation

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move within a 50 mile radius.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, train, and supervise associates to meet goals.
