Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. in California seeks a Store Manager to oversee the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, coaching and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We provide eight weeks of leadership training and a comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities include maintaining food safety standards, managing scheduling and daily operations, and mentoring team members to drive guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide 8+ weeks of leadership training to prepare for success.
• Adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities and manage conflicts effectively.
