Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, supervising, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and develop the store team through a structured training program and ongoing mentorship.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and exceptional guest experiences across all shifts.
