Panda Restaurant Group is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in California. As a Store Manager you will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express, hire and lead associates, drive financial results, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide leadership training and development for store staff.
• Support a strong Panda community through ongoing leadership development and training programs.
