Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store and drive financial performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Hire, train and direct associates to achieve goals and uphold Panda standards.
• Lead and complete an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
