Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations in California. You will hire, coach and oversee associates to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

A leadership training program will prepare you for success and ongoing development within the Panda family. You should be flexible to relocate within 50 miles and work a schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience guiding a team to meet goals and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to manage store operations and drive financial results.
• Experience hiring and developing associates.
• Willingness to participate in leadership training programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store to achieve financial targets.
