You will oversee a single store, hire and direct associates to hit financial goals, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. A leadership training program of 8+ weeks is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate/move within a 50 mile radius.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including opening/closing shifts, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store and lead the team.
• Hire, train, and supervise associates to meet performance goals.
