Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in California. You will oversee store operations, hire and manage staff, and drive financial and guest-experience goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Serve Safe certification is required.
• Flexibility to move to a store within a 50 mile radius from home.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda express store and manage associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Hire, train, and direct staff to ensure exceptional service and store performance.
• Lead an eight-plus week leadership training program to prepare for store management responsibilities.
• Uphold company policies with a focus on safety, integrity, and a welcoming environment for guests and associates.
