Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in California. You will oversee the day-to-day operation of a single Panda Express store, hire and manage associates, and drive financial and guest-service goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles.
• Must be available to work opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food safety certification (Serve Safe) required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of a single Panda store and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Hire, train, and supervise team members to deliver excellent service and quality food.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program to ensure success in management duties.
