Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in California. You will oversee the operation of a single store, including hiring, directing associates, achieving financial goals, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
Able to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing, evenings, weekends, holidays.
Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

Oversee operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience targets.
Lead and monitor store performance and guest service delivery.
Support a leadership training program to develop store managers and staff.
