Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in California. You will be in charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, directing associates, and achieving financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We offer an 8+ week leadership training program to prepare you for success, plus a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities within our Panda Restaurant Group family.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store.
Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
Participate in an 8+ weeks Store Leadership Training program to prepare for success.
