Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive financial and guest satisfaction goals.

The role is a stepping stone toward General Manager with structured leadership training and ongoing development. External hires begin as Store Manager within our GM development path, with a 12+ week training program and potential promotion upon successful completion of evaluations and GM

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in the General Manager development path and leadership expectations.
• Complete the 12+ week store leadership training program and GM certification requirements.
