Panda Express in Mentor, Ohio seeks an experienced Store Manager to oversee a single Panda Express location, including hiring, directing associates, and driving financial results while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will join a 12+ week leadership training program and progress toward General Manager through the GM certification path, with strong career development and comprehensive benefits offered by Panda.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and participate in the store leadership training program and GM development path.
• Support transition to General Manager after training and GM certification.
• Uphold Panda standards and drive ongoing leadership development.
