12+ weeks of leadership training are provided, with potential progression toward General Manager after completing GO100 and evaluations. The role offers a strong development path within a values-driven organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Willing to relocate within 50 miles of home as needed.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Serve Safe certified for food safety.
• Strong communication and conflict-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations for a single Panda Express location.
• Hire, coach, and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Participate in leadership training and development to progress toward GM role.
• Lead implementation of Panda processes and standards to ensure safety and quality.
