Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the operation of a single Panda Express location in Scottsdale, AZ. You will hire, train, and direct associates to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

External hires begin the leadership journey through a structured training program and GM development path. 12+ weeks of leadership training plus evaluations pave the way for future GM opportunities within a supportive Panda community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Relocation within 50 miles from home.
• Open and close shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and drive financial performance.
• Hire, train, and supervise associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
