Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express store, drive performance, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will hire, manage and coach team members to meet financial goals and maintain high service standards.

You will complete an 8+ week leadership training program designed to prepare you for success and ongoing career growth within the Panda family.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, coaching and directing associates to hit financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program to ensure readiness for success.
