Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead the operation of a single Panda Express store, recruit and supervise team members, and drive guest satisfaction and financial performance.

You will participate in a comprehensive 8+ week Store Leadership Training program designed to develop leadership skills and business acumen while supporting personal and professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including staffing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Drive financial results and guest satisfaction by leading the team and ensuring high standards.
• Coordinate and participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare for success.
