Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express store, driving financial performance and guest satisfaction. You will hire, train and supervise associates while delivering exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Training through an 8+ week leadership program is provided, with mentorship and support from a Panda community that emphasizes growth and development for its team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead the store through a structured training program and development opportunities.
