You will be responsible for running a single store, including hiring, directing staff, and driving financial and guest experience goals. A comprehensive training program will prepare you for ongoing leadership roles within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Willingness to relocate within 50 miles from home.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide and participate in leadership training and development for store teams.
• Support continuous improvement and ensure adherence to company standards.
