Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team at Panda Restaurant Group. You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and direct staff, and drive financial results while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to hit financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee the 8+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare for success.
