Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Prepare and guide the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and store performance.
• Participate in an 8 or more weeks store leadership training program to develop leadership capabilities.
