Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team at Panda Restaurant Group. You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive financial and guest experience goals.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store; hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and train store team through an 8+ week leadership training program.
• Ensure delivery of Panda Express standards and guest satisfaction.
