Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda store, hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and train store associates through leadership programs and ongoing development.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and service standards to maintain store performance.
