Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be flexible to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Available for opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store, ensuring guest satisfaction and financial targets.
• Hire, train, and supervise store associates to deliver quality service.
• Schedule staff to cover peak times, manage labor costs, and maintain safety and compliance.
• Analyze sales data and implement improvements to drive profitability.
• Uphold Panda standards and brand integrity in all activities.
