Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified for food safety (preferred).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, training, and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience targets.
• Lead and develop store team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee and participate in leadership training program and ongoing career development.
• Support community engagement and uphold Panda Restaurant Group values.
