Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to run a single Panda Express store, overseeing hiring, mentoring, and directing staff to hit financial targets and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

As part of our General Manager development path, you'll complete leadership training and evaluations, with a GM certification course (GO100) leading to promotion upon successful graduation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and staff to achieve goals.
• Hire, train, and supervise associates.
• Drive guest satisfaction and financial results.
• Lead store leadership development and internal promotions.
