You will manage inventory, ordering, merchandising presentation, and daily cash controls while maintaining a safe, clean shopping environment and compliance with company policies. High school diploma required; retail management experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to recruit, select and retain qualified employees per policy.
• Provide training and conduct performance evaluations, identifying gaps for coaching or termination as needed.
• Recommend pay rate adjustments and advancement opportunities.
• Communicate performance, conduct and safety expectations; coordinate meetings and safety initiatives.
• Ensure proper opening/closing procedures and staffing.
• Analyze operating statements for trends, profitability, and stock issues.
• Oversee inventory planning, ordering plans and cycle counts to meet in-stock targets.
• Facilitate staging, stocking and presentation of merchandise per company procedures.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and reinforce cash handling and security controls.
• Deliver superior customer service leadership and maintain a clean, safe store environment.
• Ensure the store is equipped with the necessary tools and adheres to SOPs and documentation deadlines.
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities
