Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides training, conducts performance evaluations, and counsels employees as needed.
• Monitors pricing, promotions and adherence to SOPs.
• Communicates expectations and conducts safety and security briefings.
• Maintains merchandise presentation, pricing and signage.
• Maintains accurate inventories and cash controls.
• Ensures cash register accuracy and deposit handling.
• Delivers superior customer service and a clean, safe store environment.
