Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash in Michigan is seeking a Store Manager (Assistant Manager) to lead a team, drive customer satisfaction, and uphold safety and service standards.

You will cover GM duties when needed, manage scheduling, training, and performance, and work 45–50 hours per week with a base salary of $47,500 to $55,000 plus bonus potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience considered.
• 1–3 years as key holder or assistant manager in retail, hospitality, or fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
