Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a Store Manager to lead a fast-paced team and drive excellent guest experiences. The role oversees daily operations when the GM is offsite and includes coaching staff, managing schedules, and maintaining safety and service standards.

The position offers 45–50 hours per week, with bonus potential based on performance and store results. A high school diploma and 1–3 years of supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of key holder or assistant management experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team members to build a positive workplace culture.
• Deliver a safe, clean, 5-star customer experience.
• Oversee daily store operations and staff scheduling.
• Drive revenue growth through coaching and customer interactions.
• Assist GM with payroll and enforcing safety protocols.
