Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations and develop a high-performing team. The role covers shifts when the GM is offsite, focusing on culture, customer satisfaction, and revenue performance.

You'll report to the General Manager and earn a base salary of $47,500 to $55,000 with bonus potential, plus benefits including health, PTO, 401(k), and career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of key holder or assistant management experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees including hiring, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Retail or hospitality background; car wash experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead team development and coaching to foster a positive, customer-focused culture.
• Manage daily operations and scheduling to meet business needs.
• Drive revenue growth through improved customer interactions and upselling.
• Assist in payroll tasks and hours approval for all employees.
• Ensure safety protocols, site standards, and compliance.
