Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a Store Manager to lead a fast-paced team and uphold exceptional customer service. You will act as GM in their absence, coach staff, and ensure daily operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

The role offers 45–50 hours per week, with a base salary of $47,500–$55,000 plus a performance-based bonus. You will develop leaders, manage schedules, and drive sales while maintaining high standards of quality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience and/or education considered.
• 1–3 years as key holder or assistant manager in fast-paced environments; supervises 8–12 employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead team culture and development, coaching for performance and growth.
• Deliver safe, clean, 5-star service for customers and employees.
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and compliance with safety standards.
• Drive revenue growth by coaching staff and optimizing customer interactions; monitor memberships.
• Assist GM with payroll tasks and hours review.
