WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations and coach a team of 8–12 associates. You will step in for the General Manager during their absence, ensuring smooth, safe and high-quality service at the car wash locations.

You will drive sales growth, maintain strong customer relations, and oversee payroll-related tasks while upholding company policies. The role requires 45–50 hours per week with a base salary range and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of key holder or assistant management experience in retail, hospitality, or another fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Car wash experience is not required.

Responsabilités

• Lead team members and cultivate a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and safe, 5-star service across shifts.
• Assist GM with payroll tasks and scheduling.
• Drive revenue growth through coaching and optimizing customer interactions.
• Maintain safety protocols and site standards; troubleshoot issues with Facilities/IT.
