Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; combination of experience and education considered.
• 1-3 years of key holder or assistant management in fast-paced environments.
• Experience supervising teams of 8-12 employees and handling scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead team culture, coach staff, and ensure safety and service standards.
• Deliver a safe, clean, 5-star experience for customers and employees.
• Assist GM with payroll, hours and daily operations when needed.
• Drive revenue growth through coaching and optimizing customer interactions.
• Schedule effectively, troubleshoot issues, and maintain site standards.
