Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Store Manager who leads from the front and drives store performance. You will own store operations, mentor a team, and ensure excellent service across all shifts.

Responsibilities include staffing, inventory, merchandising, and promoting promotions to customers. The role requires a hands-on leader, 21+ years old, with Topshelf Manager Training in Tennessee and a Food Safety Certification.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or food management.
• Willingness to work any shift including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and insurance for banking deposits.
• Minimum age 21+ years old.
• Complete Topshelf Manager Training in Tennessee.
• Food Safety Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of 8–15 employees across all shifts.
• Be the go-to person for coverage; typically work days but available for all shifts.
• Run register, stock, upsell, clean, and maintain facilities.
