Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Store Manager to lead from the front, drive store performance, and coach a team of 8–15 across all shifts. You’ll own operations, merchandising, and customer experience while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

This is a salary role requiring open availability to cover evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays. A valid driver’s license and reliable transport are a must; prior retail or food management experience is preferred, and a Food Safety Certification

Qualifications

• Must have Food Safety Certification or be able to obtain one.
• Minimum age 21+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for banking deposits.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of 8-15 employees across shifts.
• Cover all shifts including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, and merchandising.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, food safety, and customer satisfaction.
