Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is hiring a Store Manager to lead our location’s daily operations, drive sales, and motivate a team of 8–15 associates. You’ll own performance, handle staffing, training, banking, merchandising, and guest service while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires open availability across days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with occasional cross‑training. Candidates must be 21+ and obtain a Food Safety Certification if not already held.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail or food service team.
• Ability to train and develop staff.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work a variety of shifts.
• Must be 21+ years old and have Food Safety Certification.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team across all shifts.
• Cover all shifts including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Run the register, stock, upsell, clean restrooms, and maintain lot and pumps.
• Coach team members to deliver service and upsell promotions.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Handle banking and cash deposits with required licenses.
• Maintain safety and food safety standards; control expenses and labor hours.
• Execute company programs and marketing initiatives.
