KnitWell Group is seeking a Store Manager for LOFT in Chicago, IL. You will lead customer and associate experiences, drive a profitable business, and ensure exceptional service across our omnichannel channels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience preferred.
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers and associates.
• Strong people management, leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Tech proficient with operating a point-of-sale system and store tech.
• Strong business acumen to develop strategies and action plans.
