Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager to run a single Panda Express location in the Washington area. You will hire, coach and direct a team to hit financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will enter a structured leadership training program lasting 12+ weeks, setting you up for a future General Manager role after GO100 certification. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
• ADA Statement: Workplace accommodations available during the application process.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Drive guest satisfaction and overall store performance.
• Participate in ongoing leadership training and the General Manager development path.
• Complete required training and GM certification GO100 to become eligible for promotion to General Manager.
