Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to run a single Panda Express store, including hiring, directing team performance, and driving financial results while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

New managers enter a leadership development path with 12+ weeks of training, leading toward potential promotion to a General Manager after evaluations and a GM certification course.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience standards.
• External hires begin as Store Managers as part of our General Manager development path.
• Program includes 12+ weeks of store leadership training and a GM certification track.
