Casey’s General Stores Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a store team, drive sales, and uphold Casey’s standards of service and quality. You will hire, train, and coach team members, manage labor and inventory, and ensure a safe, welcoming store atmosphere for guests and the community.

You will model Casey’s CARES values and partner with district leadership to implement action plans. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends may be required to maintain leadership presence in-store.

Qualifications

• Transferrable professional experience.
• Ability to hire, train, and supervise team.
• Clear and effective communication.
• Willingness to work varied hours including evenings, weekends and some holidays.

Responsabilités

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean and build relationships with guests and communities.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise Team Members.
• Model Casey’s CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service).
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours and events; keep scheduling updated.
• Oversee kitchen operations for productivity and profitability.
• Oversee daily bookwork, inventories, audits and merchandise orders; manage assets.
• Partner with the District Manager to develop Store Action Plans.
• Attend trainings and ensure Team Members complete required trainings.
