Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in store operation applications.
• Valid state driver’s license with a good driving record — company vehicles will be driven.

Responsibilities

• Set daily and weekly sales goals and oversee store sales activities.
• Oversee collections and account handling, providing leadership and training.
• Manage store resources to drive profits while ensuring policy compliance.
• Recruit, schedule, and develop staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
