The position offers a consistent schedule, weekly pay, and strong advancement opportunities. The role requires 3–5 years of retail/management experience, completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program, and a valid driver's license for company vehicle use.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program.
• Computer literacy/proficiency in store operation applications.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record — You WILL be driving the company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Sales: Set daily and weekly goals and oversee sales activities.
• Account Management: Oversee collections and coach staff on procedures.
• Leadership: Manage store resources to achieve profits and protect assets.
• Coworker Management: Train, schedule, hire, and retain staff to deliver strong customer service.
