Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program.
• Valid state driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Sales: set daily/weekly sales goals, oversee coworkers' activities, approve rentals, monitor revenue growth.
• Account Management: oversee collections, follow up on overdue accounts, train staff on procedures.
• Leadership: manage store resources, ensure policy compliance, protect assets and inventory.
• Coworker Management: train, schedule, recruit, and retain staff for exceptional service.
