Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related professional/retail management experience.
• Proven ability to drive results through store teams and exceed sales and profit goals.
• Skilled in coaching, motivating, and building high-performing, diverse teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels.
• Capable of working independently and managing shifting priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead the store as a strategic leader to drive business performance and customer experience.
• Partner with store leaders to achieve and exceed sales goals and monitor KPIs.
• Model brand standards and service to foster authentic customer engagement.
• Provide input on recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, promotions, and terminations.
• Shape store culture to align with VF Values and maintain a positive team environment.
• Coach and train on service, product knowledge, and operational excellence.
• Manage scheduling, expenses, loss prevention, audits, and reporting.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and proper shipping/receiving procedures.
• Support store marketing events and community engagement to drive traffic.
