Job summary

VF Corporation is seeking a Supervisory professional to join Vans, the brand behind the Off The Wall lifestyle. You will support the store leadership team, coach associates, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and profitability in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will help maintain visual standards, manage stock, and participate in onboarding new staff, all while upholding brand directives and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proven ability to drive results through store teams and exceed sales and profit goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Support store team in achieving sales goals by monitoring progress against KPIs.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver high levels of customer engagement and meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing, floor coverage and task delegation.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members and provide ongoing feedback.
