• Capable of working independently, managing shifting priorities, and meeting business expectations.

Responsabilidades

• Model exceptional customer service and selling behaviours to elevate the in-store experience.
• Lead and coach a high-performing, diverse team; manage recruitment, onboarding and evaluations.
• Monitor store performance against sales goals and KPIs; adjust plans as needed.
• Oversee scheduling, expenses, loss prevention, and visual merchandising standards.
• Support store marketing events and community engagement to drive traffic and brand awareness.
