Casey’s is seeking a Store Manager in Omaha, NE who will lead a team, oversee store operations, and drive guest satisfaction. You’ll manage hiring, training, and coaching in the Casey’s Way, while controlling labor and inventory to ensure safe, profitable store performance.

You’ll be responsible for delivering strong guest service, maintaining cleanliness and merchandising standards, and executing strategic initiatives to support store growth and community engagement.

• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours, special events, and high-traffic times; ensure scheduling is up to date.
• Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Oversee daily bookwork, audits, inventories, and merchandise orders; protect company assets.
